About Bliss Cuisine
Jean-Pierre Martella is the founder and owner of Bliss Cuisine.
He earned his chef stripes in the P.V. Doyle Group and at the Royal St. George in Dun Laoghaire and opened The Ground Floor in Kells, Co. Meath.
He then went on to found Bliss Cuisine which has, over the last decade, become the leading provider of top class catering and hospitality services in Dublin.
Over the years Bliss Cuisine has developed its range of services and can now satisfy just about every catering need.
Our outdoor barbeques with a pig on the spit are very popular as is our silver service dining experience.
We are regularly complimented on the range of choice we offer our customers (Traditional Irish, Chinese, Mauritian, Indian, Lebanese, Mexican and Hungarian) and we also offer bar services, hot platters, cold platters and staff for all functions.
We’re also proud to be associated with two charities - Crumlin Children’s Hospital and The Heart Foundation.
